GREEN SCREENS® Cyclone Light Fiber Removal System
Don’t create another disposal problem instead Create Clean Fiber From Contaminated SSR Glass Streams.
Fractional Air Knife (FAK) System is designed to economically air wash light fractional fiber from traditional Single Stream broken glass streams. Our system design both lifts and vacuums light fibers from mixed broken glass automatically, delivering a clean fiber stream void of glass contamination and a mixed glass product which meets most secondary markets. Additional glass clean up components including trommels, air drum separators and glass crushers are deployed to meet stringent glass market specifications when needed.
Vacuum pick-up points located off the end of mixed broken glass transfer conveyors lift light fibers off the belt, while letting glass drop. The light fibers are pneumatically conveyed to a cyclone system that cleans the fibers before they’re stored.
Create marketable glass and fiber streams that would otherwise be landfilled. Our FAK systems produce fiber streams void of glass and a clean mixed glass product that both meet most secondary markets. Additional glass clean-up machinery including trommels, air-drum separators, and glass crushers provided by Green Machine can be deployed to meet stringent glass market specifications.
