Green Machine’s Green Screens OCC Screen separates bulky cardboard over the top of the machine at throughputs up to 60 TPH.   Our patented alternating finger discs and pentagonal spacers were designed to enhance agitation, increase throughputs, and significantly reduce material wrapping.  Adjust the tilt angle independently for each screening deck to find the perfect balance between material cleanliness levels and processing speeds, all at a push of a button.

Our patented discs and spacers are both built in two pieces, which makes it possible to replace worn parts, clean shafts, change disc styles, or even change the spacing between discs without having to remove shafts. This, along with easy access points, greatly reduces maintenance downtown, and gives you the opportunity to discover which set-ups work best for your material streams.
