Green Machine offers Preventative Maintenance Plan Inspections(PMPI) to help reduce and prevent plant breakdowns and failures before they occur. The PMPI is a schedule of on-site inspections and minor maintenance action items designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by identifying and replacing worn components before they fail.
PMPI gives us the opportunity to help our customers achieve high levels of output, and develop customized maintenance and repair programs for equipment. In addition, this allows Green Machine to improve our stocked parts inventory, and with product development.
